The Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters, a major Virginia medical facility, is performing mutilation surgeries on kids deemed trans, according to a recorded phone call made by a whistleblower to schedule a “top surgery” for a fictional 13-year-old girl who wants to be a boy.
The Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters (CHKD) in Norfolk, Virginia agreed to schedule a “top surgery”, also known as a double mastectomy or full breast removal, for a fictional 13-year-old girl when contacted by an investigative whistleblower with Virginia Women Take Action.
In a recording of the phone call provided to National File and also available on the Virginia Women Take Action YouTube page, the whistleblower speaks with a CHKD phone receptionist who, after being provided with a fake name and a fake 2010 birth date for the child, agrees to schedule the “top surgery” upon receiving insurance and billing information.
“Hi, I was wondering if I could set up a top surgery consultation for my 13-year-old,” the whistleblower told the pediatric hospital in the call, which only lasted a couple of minutes before CHKD agreed to begin the breast removal process. At one point during the recorded call, the hospital’s phone receptionist even apologized to the whistleblower for using the wrong pronouns when referring to the fictional child.

As mentioned, the recorded call to CHKD was made by a whistleblower with Virginia Women Take Action, a PAC with a “mission to protect the rights and well-being of women and children by removing ‘gender identity’ from Virginia law,” the group’s Director, Rachel Twigg, said in a statement to National File.
“‘Gender identity’ as a protected characteristic conflicts with the sex-based rights of women and girls,” Twigg went on. “It causes harm to children by teaching them that they could be born in the wrong body and they might need to change their bodies to match their supposed ‘gender identity’.”
“We knew that children in Virginia can be prescribed puberty blockers and wrong sex hormones which will sterilize them and cause permanent damage to their endocrine systems. We were able to confirm that ‘gender-affirming’ surgeries are offered to children in Virginia.”
“We’ve been working with House and Senate candidates in Virginia and asking them to take our pledge to fight this at the legislative level. We also want to embolden regular people, especially women, to speak up and take action,” Twigg went on in her statement to National File.
“We are having a rally in Richmond on November 4th at 1 PM at the Bell Tower on Capitol Square. If anyone would like to show their support for our mission, we welcome them to attend!” she added.

National File also spoke with Virginia State Senate candidate Philip Hamilton after video footage of Virginia Women Take Action’s call to CHKD was publicized. Hamilton, the Republican nominee in the 11th Senate District, has made fighting radical gender ideology a focal point of his conservative campaign and he’s been endorsed by several prominent Virginia parent groups, including Virginia Women Take Action.

“I am thankful that Virginia Women Take Action has been taking the time to call hospitals and to confirm that hospitals in Virginia are cutting off the breasts of teenage girls and the penises of teenage boys who just started puberty,” Hamilton told National File.
“Once elected, I will take swift action to ban all puberty blockers, cross-hormone therapies, and gender reassignment surgeries for all children under the age of 18. My bill will impose both civil and criminal penalties on any doctor, nurse, scheduler, or any other medical professional directly involved in ‘gender-affirming care’ for children.,” vowed Hamilton.
“We must remove Senator Creigh Deeds from office in order to have a new Senator who will fight tooth and nail to protect our precious children from the militant transgender activists!”
National File reached out to the office of Virginia GOP Governor Glenn Youngkin for comment on the mutilation of children in his home state, but received no response.Â
