The lawsuit claims that the DOJ and FBI violated their constitutional rights through politically motivated prosecutions related to the events of January 6, 2021. Tarrio, who was pardoned by President Donald Trump earlier this year, asserts that the legal action is a stand against “egregious and systemic abuse of the legal system” to oppress political allies.
 In a recent press conference, Tarrio faced questions about politicians’ allegiance with criminal illegal aliens to which he responded “We see Democratic Senators bend over backwards and fly to other countries for criminals and terrorists and they didn’t even flinch when they sentenced me to 22 years”.Â
