Ron DeSantis super fan Chris Nelson reported on Monday that Playboy model Karen McDougal says she’d work for the DeSantis presidential campaign. McDougal has accused 45th President Trump of having an affair with her 20-plus years ago. National File reported on court filings that revealed anti-Trump billionaire and Jeffrey Epstein associate Reid Hoffman helped fund E. Jean Carroll’s lawsuit against Trump. Hoffman has told associates he plans to financially back Ron DeSantis to stop Trump.
On Monday, Chris Nelson tweeted, “JUST IN: Ex-Playboy model Karen McDougal, who Trump paid $150,000 to not go public about their affair, said she would work on the Ron DeSantis campaign. Look what she said about Trump treating her like a hooker. Real stand up guy right there.”

The McDougal news comes after it was revealed that anti-Trump billionaire and Jeffrey Epstein associate Reid Hoffman helped fund E. Carroll’s lawsuit against President Trump.
Hoffman has reportedly told people close to him that he plans to financially back DeSantis in an effort to stop Trump.
Many are wondering if Hoffman’s support of Carroll was one of the ways Reid is using his wealth to support DeSantis. This raises the fair question; “Is Karen McDougal Reid Hoffman’s next attempt to take down Trump?”
President Trump commented on Ms. Carroll Tuesday morning, writing on TruthSocial, “I don’t know E. Jean Carroll, I never met her or touched her (except on a celebrity line with her African American husband who she disgustingly called the “Ape,”), I wouldn’t want to know or touch her, I never abused her or raped her or took her to a dressing room 25 years ago in a crowded department store where the doors are LOCKED, she has no idea when, or did anything else to her, except deny her Fake, Made Up Story, that she wrote in a book. IT NEVER HAPPENED, IS A TOTAL SCAM, UNFAIR TRIAL!”
Ron DeSantis is expected to announce a run for President on Wednesday, leading many to believe that the bush league attacks on President Trump have only just begun.
