During a live interview Friday in Iowa, Ron DeSantis lied to Tucker Carlson about his Ukraine war policy. DeSantis completely dodged all of Carlson’s follow-up questions following his lie. DeSantis has been lying to GOP voters; however, lying to GOP voters with Tucker present may sink DeSantis to new lows.
In a remarkable exchange, Tucker asked DeSantis, “You called the Ukraine war a tutorial dispute not central to America’s national interests. There was an outcry of this and pretty soon after, you seem to have changed your view and described Putin as a war criminal and it was central to American foreign policy. Why did you change? And where are you now?”
DeSantis denied calling Putin a war criminal, telling Carlson, “The last part I did not say.” DeSantis went on to completely dodge Tucker’s follow-up question attempts.

National File reported that globalist Ken Griffin forced DeSantis to change his policy on Ukraine, which is where the “war criminal” statement came from. On his March 22nd show, Tucker Carlson criticized DeSantis on his Ukraine flip-flop. It’s insulting to Tucker and GOP voters DeSantis thinks he can get away with a lie that is so easily disproven.

DeSantis has developed a nasty habit of lying. National File covered Ron DeSantis’ attendance at a fundraiser hosted by a child mutilation lobbyist in D.C. The Florida Governor attended the fundraiser after promising to protect families in his speech at the Faith and Freedom conference.
DeSantis’ lies to GOP voters are costing him dearly in the polls. GOP voters may never forgive Ron DeSantis for his disaster-filled 2024 campaign.
