As National File has extensively reported, numerous members of Congress in both the Democrat and Republican Parties serve as “advisors” to “Humpty Dumpty Institute” (HDI), a non-profit organization directed and financed by Mark Epstein, the brother of Jeffrey Epstein. HDI is also directly connected to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its People’s Liberation Army (PLA), as well as high-ranking members of the Israeli government and its intel apparatus.
Among others, top McCarthy henchman Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE) is listed as a member of HDI’s “Congressional Advisory Board.” As National File has reported, Bacon, who threatened to make a Democrat the Speaker of the House when conservatives delayed the coronation of Kevin McCarthy, traveled in 2021 on an HDI-sponsored Congressional Delegation to Uzbekistan, where the group brokered a meeting with CCP-tied Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, an ex-Soviet, and an ardent supporter of the Chinese Communist Party.

Also on the Uzbekistan trip with Don Bacon were Reps. Troy Nehls (R-TX), Doug Lamborn (R-CO), and August Pfluger (R-TX).
Nehls, though not currently listed as an HDI advisor, also traveled with HDI Advisor Barry Moore on an HDI-sponsored Congressional Delegation to Ukraine for a meeting with Soros-backed President Volodymyr Zelensky.

In addition to being sponsored by the CCP influence operation, Nehls’ trip to Ukraine was sponsored by a Moldovan orphanage operator named Sam Alaverdov.
Alaverdov’s New York-based “charity,” ACFHPUM, short for the “American Charity Fund for Helping the Children of Pridnestrovie (Transnistria) and Moldova” sponsored the trip to Ukraine and refused to provide National File with their legally required non-profit Form 990s, requesting, in writing $30,000 to hand them over.
The trip to Ukraine was part of a wider pattern of the Humpty Dumpty Institute associating with and visiting orphanages in third-world or war-torn countries from which children are known to routinely be trafficked.
