Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, said on Saturday that the establishment should be thanking National File for saving the Senate.
“GOP is close to holding their majority this January thanks to Thom Tillis winning,” Kirk tweeted. “Why did he win? Because grassroots journalism exposed [Tillis’s Democrat opponent, Cal Cunningham]’s lies and misdeeds.”
Thillis was re-elected to the Senate in his North Carolina seat following National File’s reporting on Cunningham’s multiple affairs. Cunningham was expected to flip North Carolina blue, but his opinion ratings shot down following National File’s reporting.
National File originally released several sexual text messages shared between Cunningham and his mistress, and then published further messages, with the mistress discussing spending several days in Cunningham’s family home, without his wife knowing. A second mistress was then later reported to National File by several sources.
Only a week or so before the eleciton, National File confirmed that Cunningham and his wife have separated, at least temporarily, and he has left the family home. Cunningham is currently living with his sister.
“National File did more than billons of ads could ever do,” Kirk added. “Establishment should be saying ‘thank you’.”

Charlie Kirk was joined in his endorsement of National File by several other Republicans, including Arizona State Senator-Elect Wendy Rogers, and Sandy Smith, the Republican congressional candidate for North Carolina’s first district.

National File reported on Saturday on the #StopTheSteal rally that took place in DC. Alex Jones spoke at the rally, arguing that what should have been a massive political realignment that was stolen by entrenched interests through voter fraud.

National File spoke to Pennsylvania Senator Doug Mastriano, who urged Americans to “stay involved” and to stop listening to the “left and the media,” and instead look to the Founding Fathers for encouragement.
