On Thursday, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Trump campaign lawyer Jenna Ellis hosted a press conference where they provided several examples of voter fraud and election meddling that they claim was part of a systematic attempt to steal the election from President Donald Trump.
Giuliani began by saying that “what emerged very quickly” after their investigation for the Trump campaign was “not a singular voter fraud in one state,” but instead “a pattern that repeats itself in a number of states” in “almost the exact same pattern.”
“Which to any experienced investigator or prosecutor would suggest there was a plan in a centralized place to executive these various acts of voter fraud, specifically focused on big cities,” Giuliani continued. “Big cities controlled by Democrats, and particularly focused on big cities that have a long history of corruption.”
“Joe Biden told us that he had the best voter fraud team in the world,” noted Giuliani. “They were good, but they weren’t that good,” because they left evidence.
Giuliani noted that Philadelphia, Detroit, and other major cities refusing to admit Republican poll watchers to vote counting rooms will prove to be a major point of fraud in court.
According to the lawyer and former mayor, mail-in ballots can only be checked for fraud the very first time it is opened, and because no observers were allowed to verify the authenticity of the ballots, the ability to check it for fraud is “gone for eternity, the only thing that’s left is the vote, that could have been Mickey Mouse, that could have been a dead person”
In Pennsylvania, Giuliani said this led to “682,770 ballots” that were cast and now cannot be checked for fraud, “which renders them null and void, they cannot be counted, and now have to be removed from the vote.”
However, Giuliani said this is not the only fraud case in Pennsylvania:
For example, if you made a mistake in that ballot, and you lived in Philadelphia or Pittsburgh, you were allowed to fix the mistake. But if you lived in the, what would be considered more Republican or Trump parts of the state, you were given no such right. One of our plaintiffs, Mr. Henry, cast an absentee ballot, and he failed to put it in the secure envelope inside. He just put it in, open, naked. That ballot was cast aside because it was invalid, because that breaks the privacy of the vote. In Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, if they noticed that there wasn’t an inner envelope, they contacted the voter and allowed him to vote again.
In yet another example, Giuliani said that 15,000 people in Pittsburgh were told they already voted when they tried to vote in person on November 3. Giuliani questioned how 15,000 people could all somehow forget they already voted, forcing them to vote using a provisional ballot:
“Why did it happen 15,000 times, that people in Pittsburgh walked in to vote and they had already voted according to the Democrat election machine? Did they forget? That many people with bad memories,” asked Giuliani. The lawyer then said that he has witnesses who have signed affidavits and will testify that this happened because they assigned fake ballots to real voters.
“When you had a ballot with no one registered, just assign it to somebody,” Giuliani said a witness will testify. “Circumstantial evidence of the fraud, but direct evidence is people who will testify saying this is what happened.”
However, in Michigan, Giuliani noted the major difference was that an “honest Democrat” came forward to blow the whistle on the fraud she was asked to perpetuate
“Jesse Jacob is an adult citizen and a resident of the state of Michigan. She’s been an employee of the city of Detroit for decades,” said Giuliani. “She was assigned to voting duties in September and she was trained by city of Detroit and state of Michigan, she was basically trained to cheat.”
According to Giuliani, she will testify “I was instructed by my supervisor to adjust the mailing date of these absentee voting packages to be earlier then when they were sent in.”
“That’s not me saying that, that’s this American citizen saying that under oath,” said Giuliani. “I don’t know, maybe you could say she’s lying? But you can’t say there’s no evidence. This is what we call evidence. This is direct evidence, not circumstantial.”
In nearby Wisconsin, Giuliani added that the legal team has discovered a “Very similar plan” to “shut out” Republican poll watchers and inspectors in Milwaukee, and also in Madison.”
“We have in Milwaukee, and in the state of Wisconsin, a much stricter law,” said Giuliani. “Wisconsin doesn’t allow mail in ballots … Wisconsin, when you look at their constitution, almost seems to not like absentee ballots,” he added.
In Georgia, Giuliani said “For example, the recount in Georgia will tell us nothing, because these fraudulent ballots will just be counted again because they won’t give us the signatures.” He also noted a lawsuit would be filed in Atlanta due to Republicans not being allowed to watch the absentee vote counting process with inspections “completely cast aside.”
“Numerous double voters, numerous out of state voters, and we have specific evidence of intimidation” and people changing votes.
“I think we are going to bring a lawsuit in Arizona, we’re still collecting that evidence,” added Giuliani. “We have very significant fraud allegations in the state of New Mexico,” he added, noting it would surprise reporters.
He also noted that Virginia has substantial reports of voter fraud, but they do not know if this will raise to the level of overturning the election.
“All you got to do to find out if I’m misleading you at all is to look at the lawsuits. Look at what’s alleged, look at the affidavits.”
