Hunter Biden has taken a sweetheart deal to avoid a conviction on a federal felony gun charge and will plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax, in the latest chapter of a long saga of criminality that has plagued both Hunter Biden’s life, and his father’s political career.
Breaking court filings made on Tuesday morning have revealed that Hunter Biden will plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges in a plea deal that will allow him to avoid jail time, instead receiving a sentence of probation.
The troubled son of Joe Biden will also receive a sweetheart deal a charge of owning a firearm while using and being addicted to illicit drugs and has agreed to enter into a pre-trial diversion program to avoid a conviction.
Hunter Biden’s drug-fueled antics, including his gunplay, were documented on his “laptop from hell,” from which over 10,000 photographs were recently published online by the research team at Marco Polo.
The legal woes for Hunter Biden come as he also fights to avoid paying child support in Arkansas, where he has been proven through a paternity test to have fathered a daughter, named Navy, with a local stripper. In addition to fighting the child support case, Hunter Biden has fought to block the little girl, his own daughter, from taking his last name.
The Arkansas court case remains ongoing.
