Two of three Democrat Tennessee State Reps were expelled from the chamber in a vote on Thursday for their roles in encouraging a violent left-wing mob that took over the Tennessee Capitol on March 30th. A Democrat mob returned to the Tennessee State Capitol before Thursday’s vote. National File reported on Democrat Activist David Hogg’s and Congresswomen Rashida Tlaib’s efforts to encourage the mob on Twitter. Following the vote, Joe Biden and Barack Obama joined Tlaib and Hogg in supporting lawlessness at the Tennessee State Capitol. Many are now questing if Biden’s open support of lawlessness is further evidence of political persecution in cases against Republicans that the Biden DOJ is pursuing.
Barack Obama’s tweet of support for the lawlessness at the Tennessee Capitol read, “What happened in Tennessee is the latest example of a broader erosion of civility and democratic norms. Silencing those who disagree with us is a sign of weakness, not strength, and it won’t lead to progress.”

Following Obama’s tweet, Joe Biden’s Twitter account released a similarly worded statement that read: “After a tragic mass shooting in Tennessee, state Republican lawmakers called votes to expel three Democratic legislators who stood in solidarity with students and families. The expulsion of lawmakers who engaged in peaceful protest is shocking, undemocratic, and unprecedented.”

However, the video from the Tennessee Capitol shows that the events on March 30th were not a “peaceful protest,” as Biden suggests.

On Friday, United States Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Katas issued a dissent in a J6 defendants case. Judge Katas argued that Left-wing protesters could get 20 years in prison for protesting at Justices’ homes if the Biden DOJ applied the federal statute of obstruction on Left-wing demonstrations in the same manner as it is being applied to January 6th protesters.
Following Judge Katas’ ruling on Friday, Lawyer Joesph McBride, who has represented January 6th defendants, tweeted, “It’s gonna go to SCOTUS. And if SCOTUS shuts down this ridiculous opinion, J6 will be over. Pray for the Justices of the Supreme Court, their lives are more in danger now than ever.”

Many now wonder if Biden’s tweet of support for Tennessee’s lawlessness will be used as further evidence to show equal justice is not being applied under the law.
