In another astonishing gaffe, Joe Biden completely garbled his words, asking President Trump to “stop your boast about never being seemed at what you.”
Speaking from Wilmington, Delaware, former Vice President Biden attempted to lecture President Trump about his handling of the coronavirus, but failed miserably. Biden, who has had his mental abilities seriously questioned during his presidential run, once again completely messed up his words live on air.
“Stop your boast about never being seemed at what you… you can do anything,” Biden exclaimed. “You always talk about your ability to negotiate. Negotiate a deal for somebody other than yourself,” he continued, attacking President Trump.

Biden then noted that it would be his “staff” who would call on reporters to take questions, rather than him; suggesting that either he doesn’t have the ability to find somebody in the audience to pick out, or that perhaps there is a list of pre-approved reporters and questions for him.

This was higlighted by a number of commentators online, who noted that given how rare a press conference for Joe Biden is, that it is a travesty that the questions were completely “soft balls,” allowing him to escape further scrutiny from more critical elements.
At best it looks like Biden can't simply look at someone and point. At worst it looks like the campaign has a preapproved list they are calling from, which of course journalists shouldn't agree to. (They have)

Anybody else enjoy watching Joe Biden answer pre-scripted questions from media with his pre-scripted answers?

What kind of press conference is this? @JoeBiden is rambling and these questions from reporters are soft balls. This is the first chance we get to ask questions for months and this is the best they’ve got?

This isn’t the first time this week that Biden has come out with a monumental gaffe. Speaking at a Pennsylvania steel mill on Monday, the former Vice President seemingly tried to say that the coronavirus pandemic is the worst for one hundred years, but it came out rather different.
“COVID has taken this year, just since the outbreak, has taken more than 100 years…,” Biden said, trailing off. “Look, here’s, the lives, it’s just… I mean think about it,” he continued. “More lives this year than any year in the past 100 years,” he concluded.
