āThey were like idiots. Theyāre allĀ political. They donāt care,ā said Biase. āThis guyĀ [Judge Mercan]Ā is going to try to lock him up. Itās going to be ugly.Ā They are so obsessed with getting him.ā
When asked who is they, Biase said the Democrats and Alvin Bragg. Biase said he has known Bragg for 15 years.
āNobodyās ever been charged with this,ā said the DOJ Chief PIO. āI think the case is nonsense.ā
When asked what was the point of doing this. Biase responded āTo make himĀ [Trump]Ā a convict, a convicted felon.ā
