Dr. Blair Peters, a pink-haired child mutilator employed by the Oregon Health & Science University Hospital who describes himself as a “queer surgeon” is on video boasting of how he uses a medical robot to castrate little boys and rip out their stomach lining to craft a fake vaginal canal. He says that he “couldn’t imagine feeling more fulfilled” than he does after mutilating a child.
In a promotional video featured on the Oregon Health & Science University Hospital’s website, Peters boasts of performing “top surgery” (the amputation of female breasts) on an “adolescent patient” and says that he “couldn’t imagine feeling more fulfilled” than he does when he conducts the horror movie-style mutilation of children.
“There are so few things that you can do in medicine and in surgery where a few hours in the operating room can completely transform somebody and that’s a pretty amazing way to spend your life,” says Peters, who, according to a biography on OHSU’s website, uses “he/they” pronouns.
“Especially as a queer person and a gender diverse person that gets it in some ways, not all but in some. And to be able to sort of bond with my patients in that way and share that space is really amazing. I couldn’t imagine feeling more fulfilled.”

In another video, Peters goes into detail about how he uses a medical robot to craft a fake vagina for boys whose puberty process has been “suppressed.”
To accomplish this, Peters says that he rips out the boys’ stomach lining to create a mock vaginal canal – a procedure that is still in its infancy, making each child victim of Peters’ surgeries a living test subject.
“We use all of that tissue to basically create the vulva as well as line the internal vaginal canal and as a specialty, those of us that do a fairly high volume of genital gender-affirming surgery, we’ve maybe done a couple, a handful of pubertal-suppressed adolescents as a field and no ones polished on it yet.”
“OHSU is just putting our first series together as we’re kind of learning and figuring out what works,” says Peters.
“Umm, but it’s really changing things, umm because you don’t have enough tissue to line the vaginal canal so you either have to take a skin graft or take skin from elsewhere or use artificial products. Umm, the way that we’re dealing with it is by using a robot and we’re basically performing inter-abdominal components of the surgery. So we’re using peritoneum, which is the inner lining of the abdomen, to line most of the vaginal canal.”
