The Washington State legislature has passed a new law allowing so-called shelters for homeless minors to kidnap and sexually mutilate runaways they deem to be “transgender” as well as to kidnap young girls so that they can receive abortions.
The new legislation, officially named Senate Bill 5599, has been passed by both houses of the Washington State Legislature and now awaits a signature from Governor Jay Inslee, one of the farthest left Governors in the entire country. Inslee is expected to quickly sign the legislation, allowing social workers and so-called shelters to kidnap children deemed “trans,” as well as those in search of abortions.
Under the legislation, “circumstances” are plainly spelled out in which shelters and social workers are not required to contact the parents of a runaway child who’s been found or who has turned up at a shelter looking for help.
“Circumstances that indicate that notifying the parent or legal guardian will subject the minor to abuse or neglect…” the legislation reads.
“…When a minor is seeking or receiving protected health care services.”
“‘Protected health care services’ means gender affirming treatment,” the law clarifies, affirming that children deemed trans, or even those who just claim to be trans as a way of skirting a return to their home, can be legally kidnapped by the State of Washington and its social services arm so that they can be castrated and have their bodies mutilated in the name of transgenderism.

Shockingly, kidnapping children deemed trans and putting them through irreversible procedures masquerading as medical treatment that leads to a lifetime of physical and emotional pain as well as an extremely heightened risk of suicide, has become very popular among the Democrat Party, and even some Republicans.
In Virginia, a teenage girl who now admits she called herself “trans” because “everybody was doing it” was brutally sex trafficked after she ran away from home and fell victim to the pro-trans court system of neighboring Maryland.
When a judge refused to release her back to the custody of her parents, she tried to run away from the pro-trans facility where she was being held and where Maryland state authorities were attempting to force her to go through with a gender transition. As a result, she was sex trafficked again and later rescued in Dallas, Texas.
“It is not possible to return the child to that home,” Judge Robert B. Kershaw, of Maryland, wrote in his opinion, handing Sage over to the City of Baltimore, “for placement in a hardware secure therapeutic facility which makes reasonable accommodation for Respondent’s expressed male gender and desire to live as a trans male.”
In other words, Judge Robert B. Kershaw took the child from her family and rendered her into state custody, so that she could be turned into a “trans boy.”
