President Donald J. Trump told Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to indict himself after the Soros-funded prosecutor illegally leaked information from the sealed indictment against Trump to the liberal press, which in and of itself is a felony offense.
President Trump’s Truth Social statement came in the immediate aftermath of a report published by Yahoo! News and left-wing establishment reporter Michael Isikoff. According to the Yahoo!/Isikoff report, which was based on illegal leaks from the office of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, President Trump faces a total of “34 felony counts for falsification of business records” related to the alleged hush-money payment that ex-Trump attorney Michael Cohen supposedly made to Stormy Daniels.
As part of his Tuesday arraignment, which President Trump has chosen to face head-on, the report says that Trump will not be subjected to a perp walk and mug shot.
The Yahoo! News report also admitted that Bragg and company had upgraded sketchy charges that were misdemeanors at best to felonies, stating that “the charge of falsification of business records can be prosecuted in New York state as a misdemeanor. But Bragg’s office bumped up all the charges to Class E felonies.”
In a post made to Truth Social, President Trump blasted the illegal leaks from Alvin Bragg’s office and said that Bragg should in fact charge himself with a crime as a result of the leaks.
“Wow! District Attorney Bragg just illegally LEAKED the various points, and complete information, on the pathetic indictment against me,” President Trump posted to Truth Social on Monday night, after he’d departed his Florida home at Mar-a-Lago to stare down the political persecution he faces in New York City.
“This means that he MUST BE IMMEDIATELY INDICTED,” President Trump’s Truth post went on. “Now, if he wants to really clean up his reputation, he will do the honorable thing and, as District Attorney, INDICT HIMSELF.”
“He will go down in Judicial history, and his Trump Hating wife will be, I am sure, very proud of him!”
“D.A. BRAGG JUST ILLEGALLY LEAKED THE 33 points of Indictment,” President Trump added in a subsequent Truth Social post.
“There are no changes or surprises from those he leaked days ago directly out of the Grand Jury. No Crime by Trump. What a MESS. Bragg should resign, NOW!”
