As the Capitol Hill Police attempt to expand their operations to Florida under the auspices of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, patriots have been stepping up to try to stop their overreach, and Florida State Representative and US Congressional Candidate Anthony Sabatini is proposing a bill which would effectively ban the Capitol Police from operating within the State of Florida.
In response to Rep. Matt Gaetz’s (R-FL) inquiry as to why the Washington DC police is starting operations in Florida, Sabatini vowed to draft legislation to ban them from the State. National File spoke to Rep. Sabatini to discuss his run for U.S. House, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s decision to send Capitol Hill police to Florida, and other topics championed by the America First congressional candidate and sitting Florida representative.
With regards to the Capitol Police, he argued that them moving into Florida is a hyper partisan move, and an intimidation tactic against American Patriots. “The Capitol Police is run by Biden, Pelosi, Harris, and Schumer. So it’s a totally partisan body, as corrupt as FBI, if not more so. They want to open up offices across the country, especially in Florida, to target and harass MAGA, Trump supporters, and America First patriots here. So I introduced a bill that will basically ban them entirely so protect the liberties of the people of Florida.”

Sabatini also pointed out that such partisan and authoritarian tactics are totally related to the inhumane treatment of the January 6th political prisoners, a group he’s come out strongly in defense of: “It’s totally related. They’re treatment was used as a show of force, a threat to anyone who loves this country to not try what they tried. Now they are trying to expand their operations so they can torture Trump supporters across the country, not just in DC, because they see all Trump supporters and conservatives as terrorists,” Rep. Sabatini explained.
“I realized that if we don’t elect true conservatives, we’re gonna not have a country anymore. I didn’t even want to run at first, but I realized that I need to serve as an America First representative if we want to keep our country,” Sabatini said about his inspiration to run. Going on to attack his opponents from both parties, Sabatini cited Rep. Stephanie Murphy’s (D-FL) voting record, having voted with Nancy Pelosi 100% percent of the time this year. He also criticized one of his primary opponents for being a “swamp creature and absolute nobody” who is an establishment operative from Northern Virginia.
Sabatini’s crusade for the civil liberties of Americans doesn’t stop at the Capitol Police. In the wake of Disney and other private companies requiring masking and vaccination mandates, the Representative has requested a special session of the legislature to make such policies illegal.

“What we need is a session that will stop not just the local governments, which are out of control, but also the woke corporations, from instituting such draconian policies. Mandatory masking and vaccination are insane and wrong,” Sabatini declared. “So I sent out a request to all Republicans to convene a special session and stop this madness. Any republican that refuses is a bought and paid for RINO that must be primaried.”
Sabatini has also been working in the Florida legislature to strengthen Florida’s E-Verify law, which he views as ineffective. “(Florida) has a fake E-Verify law right now. Private employers do not have to E-Verify their employees, which means that 99% of the workforce can get away with hiring illegal immigrants. We need to make so the 99% is E-Verified as well, which my bill will do.”
He continued, attacking fake conservatives in the Florida legislature: “The RINO legislature did it to make it look like they did something. They just did it to placate the base, as window dressing; the establishment will never do anything to help the American people… the leadership of the Republican Party is bought and paid for.”
He went on to connect the failures of the standing E-Verify law to the insufficient Big Tech bill passed earlier this year. “I’m also filing a real big tech censorship bill which would classify them as common carriers, preventing any kind of viewpoint discrimination,” he told National File.
“It’s time to start putting America First,” Sabatini vowed. “It’s time to get rid of the corrupt Republicans and the radical, anti-American Democrats. I’m the single most conservative, AF elected official in the state of Florida and it’s time to take the fight to the federal level.”
